The Bank Alfalah top management came to the Lahore School of Economics on June 11, 2015 to conduct a session for the MBA and Undergraduate students majoring in Finance. The top officials who were a part of the Bank Alfalah team consisted of Mr. Yasir Rashid (Group Head of Audit and Inspection Group), Mr. Tahir Khurshid (Head of Audit Retail Group), Mr. Sumair Zafar (Officiating Head of Management Audit and Risk Assets Review) and Mr. Syed Abid Salar (Audit Manager).
Mr. Yasir Rashid, the Group Head of Audit and Inspection Group, began the session with a brief introduction of his Organization. He spoke about the functions and performance of the audit department at Bank Alfalah. He explained how audit has evolved over the years. Mr. Yasir also briefed the students regarding the use of state of the art software for audit by the Bank. Mr. Tahir Khurshid, Head of Audit Retail Group, explained about the role of Islamic banking and asset based financing to students.
Ealier, The Mobilink team (Mr. Hassan Khan, Mr. Hamd Rashid, Ms. Nida Iftikhar and Mr. Muhammad Talha ) was in Lahore School of Economics March 19, 2015 to conduct a training session on “Master your Future become Leaders of Tomorrow.” The OBS team (Fehmeel Siddiqui, Ali Nadeem and Roohi Ahmed) came to the Lahore School of Economics on of June 3, 2015. Digital Global Services on June 9, 2015 and Berger Paints visited the Lahore School June 16, 2015.
